Spring Silent Auction

As we countdown to NYSNA’s 2022 Annual Conference, NYSNA will be hosting an online auction! We will be raising funds through an online bidding site. All proceeds will go towards Industry Registration Awards for the 2022 Annual Conference in October to assist with registration and help offset other expenses, such as hotel and travel.

Starting on May 9th at 8:00am and ending on May 11th at 8:00pm

Through this easy-to-use and secure interface, you will be able to bid on Silent Auction items donated by our generous partners!

If you have participated in Online Auctions through Bidding Owl before, you don't need to do anything except bid on items! If you have not participated before you will need to register as a bidder.

This will enable you to actively bid on items. For helpful tips and information to manage your bids, please check here.

Online Silent Auction Overview:

  • Bidding will begin on May 9th at 8:00am and end on May 11th 8:00pm
  • Please bid based on the minimum increments as posted for each item.
  • If you are the winning bidder, arrangements can be made to mail your item (shipping fee may apply) or pick it up at NYSNA HQ (arrangements must be made in advance).
  • Items will not be shipped or available for pick up until payment has been made.

When the auction closes, winners will receive an automated email notification and link to check out by clicking on the word 'HERE'. Winning bidders will then be taken to their bidding account where they can click on any of the shopping carts next to their 'Winning Items' and be directed through the checkout process via PayPal.

 Items not paid for by Wednesday, May 25th will be awarded to the next highest bidder. Thank you for supporting NYSNA!

How to Bid!

We will once again be using Bidding Owl for this year's Silent Auction. All bidding will be done via your SmartPhone and/or Desktop Computer!
