Membership Year Transition Beginning in 2026, the NYSNA membership year will follow the calendar year and run from January 1 through December 31. Why are we making this change?
As NYSNA continues to grow and evolve, our event cycle has shifted as well. The Spring Conference has become an important opportunity for learning, connection, and engagement, with registration opening on March 1. Aligning our membership year with the calendar year helps create a more seamless experience, makes registration timing clearer, and reduces confusion for members. What to expect during the transition:
There will be a one-time transition membership period from April through December 2026. There will be no increase in dues during this transition period, and the updated membership year will take effect with 2026 renewals. Renewal invoices will be released very soon. We appreciate your flexibility as we make this update and are grateful for your continued involvement and support of NYSNA.
